Overview
HSIN8010 pressure method liquid level meter calibration device is specifically designed for the calibration of static pressure and differential pressure type liquid level meters. It integrates pressurization, control, electrical signal acquisition, and software functionalities. The control system precisely regulates the liquid level, while the measurement system accurately measures it. The software facilitates automatic detection and the generation/printing of certificates. This device is widely utilized in various calibration laboratories and metrological testing institutes.

- Electrical Signal Acquisition System: Six-and-a-half bit/seven-half bit; supports multi-channel signal acquisition via RS232 or 485 communication interfaces, connecting through a serial board to a PC.
- Sensor Signal Reading Time: ≤10 seconds.
- Testing Equipment: Multi-channel pressure output M20*1.5 internal thread quick connectors with corresponding electrical measuring interfaces.
- Filtration System: An independently developed high-strength mechanical filtration system prevents impurities or waste liquids from entering the system.
